In compliance with Google Play Store data policy and the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA 2023), this form allows you to easily request the termination of your Bukhas Data Link mobile account and removal of your personal data without needing to reinstall the app.

What happens when you delete your account?

Account Closure & Profile RemovalYour Bukhas Data Link login credentials, full name, email address, phone number, and profile preferences will be scheduled for permanent removal from our active servers.

Wallet & Virtual Account DeactivationYour virtual bank accounts (PalmPay/PaymentPoint) assigned to your profile will be permanently deactivated. Any pending transactions or airtime rewards will be terminated. Please withdraw or use your remaining wallet balance before submitting this request.

Removal of Beneficiary DetailsSaved phone numbers for data/airtime top-ups, meter numbers, and smartcard details will be permanently wiped.
Statutory & Regulatory Data Retention

To comply with Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) AML/CFT guidelines and Nigerian tax laws, historical financial transaction logs and KYC audit timestamps must be archived for a mandatory minimum period of five (5) years. These archived records are strictly protected, anonymized where possible, and never shared or used for commercial marketing.

Processing Timeline & Support

Upon submitting this form, your account will undergo immediate security verification. Active access will be restricted within 48 hours, and total data purge from back-up logs completes within 30 days.
